A Beautiful Evening at Sydney Town Hall — Music Bringing People Together Across Cultures
What a wonderful concert at the beautiful Sydney Town Hall, a magnificent venue with 150 years of history!
Today’s concert was a great success, and we were honored to welcome the Consul-General of Japan.
It was truly a special occasion, bringing together people from Japan, China, Australia, Bangladesh, Turkey, Indonesia, and many other backgrounds. Music brought us all together and created a beautiful moment of connection across cultures.
A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful musicians who performed with me today, Ben Vanderwal, a friend of Takana Miyamoto, and Cameron Undy. Your performances were truly wonderful!
I’m also deeply grateful to everyone who came to share this special evening with us.
After the concert, we continued the celebrations with a toast at a Japanese-style izakaya!
